Exchanges

We are unable to accept exchanges at this time. You can submit your return and then repurchase the right size once your return has been processed. Store credit's can be issued for this if preferred.

Return

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return an item(s) please notify us by email at offrules.usa@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase date. At this stage you will receive all return details to be recorded on your return package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Please note it can take up to 5-6 business days for your refund to show on your next statement depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance, by email offrules.usa@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us within 24 hours of purchase at offrules.usa@gmail.com.

Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. 

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
